About R.hood Therapy
The inspiration for R.hood therapy came from the idea of Robinhood. In a sense, I want to advocate for more access to mental health, which in this case will include continued credentialing for insurances as well as competitve and cheaper rates for those seeking self pay (especially for those who suffer from high deductibles or those who are uninsured), offering more privacy and flexibility.
Frequently Asked Questions
What types of therapy do you offer?
I offer a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, attachment and personality based theories, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy. My goal is to help you find the best fit for your unique situation.
How can therapy help me?
Therapy can provide you with a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and gain insights into your mental health. It’s a journey towards understanding yourself better and improving your emotional well-being.
What is your mission and vision?
My vision is one where mental health can be appreciated and provided to all, because we all have a right to be given help, especially when it comes to health. MY mission is to help bridge that gap and provide mental health access to everyone, regardless of their class or status. R.hood therapy (short for Robinhood therapy) is a LLC with aspirations to partner with other stakeholders within the community and other entities.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with emotional issues, or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can be a beneficial step. It’s perfectly normal to have questions or concerns, and I’m here to help you navigate them.
